TURN BERCAMPS - VCCE 2000

It has been designed for farms that do not have a lot of annual compost volume, but want to have a working width of at least 2 meters of pile and height of 1.6m.

In this machine costs are lowered, being manufactured in iron instead of in HARDOX-450 and STRENX-700 of the rest of our machines. This allows small and medium farms to work with an economical machine with the desired working width.

It is designed to be transported easily and comfortably to different composting points. The working arch rests vertically on a trolley when transported. This machine has a lot of stability in transport and at work (the tractor pulls directly from the cart).

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Its length of 2 meters and the possibility of raising it on the trolley make the VCCE-2000 a very maneuverable machine.
  • Maintenance is simple and inexpensive.
  • Robust and balanced turning shaft that turns the material to be composted correctly (from the inside to the outside).
  • Quick aerobic composting, between 8-12 weeks, depending on the material.
  • Big wide tires and consequently low ground pressure.
  • Approved for driving on public roads. It must be greased every 8 working hours.

BASIC EQUIPMENT:

  • Steel sheet tunnel, with direct drive on the turning shaft.
  • Wide tires 1.0 / 75-15.3 10PR.
  • Lighting system.
  • Front tow hitch: BBM7042 ring coupling.
  • Changes from transport position to work hydraulically.
  • Fuse in the power take-off.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

  • Complete sprinkler bar irrigation system with sprayers
  • Scharmüller K80 or Piton hitch ball and BBM7042 hitch ring.
